Bella Fiori Gardens venue too much $.....

I love the Bella Fiori Gardens in the Tri Cities but, it costs $5,200 just for the venue rental. Does anyone know of a location in Washington that is similar but is about $2,000 less? Here is a link the the Bella Fiori Gardens http://www.bellafiorigarden.com/

In The Beginning is closed to reservations indefinitely. I called to ask about pricing and she told me they didn't know when they'd be able to take reservations again due to a licensing issue with the County.
