Is anyone having trouble getting through to customer service at theknot? I am trying to call and every extension you choose hangs up on you. I cannot get a person on the line nor has anyone answered my emails. I placed an order May 22 and it is still listed as "processing" and I need this item! My wedding is next week. Help!
