  I have a photobucket account.  Once I upload the pic there, I c&p the "Direct Link" into my sig box.  If you want text centered below or above the pic (i.e.- your blog link) put a <br /> (without the "\") before or after the link, either after or before your blog.

  
  

  Some people use tinypic, but I don't know nothin' about that.

  I actually use Tinypic.com its so easy. Just go on, download a pic and resize it. Then copy and paste the code into your siggy.
