Incorporating "middle of the road" children

I have a girl cousin who's about 10 years old I would like to incorporate into my wedding somehow. Originally I thought she could be a flower girl but I think she's too old for that. Any ideas on how I could incorporate her into my wedding?

Jr. bridesmaid?  Or maybe she could escort a younger flower girl?

I don't see anything wrong with a 10 year old flower girl.

Thank you for the help. I think maybe I will sit down with her and see how she feels. :)

I made my 10-yr-old niece a Jr. Bridesmaid but she may still do some "flower girl" like activities like scattering petals down the aisle :) I actually think it is not too old to be a flower girl, but my niece is very mature, so I wanted to give her that title. She's also a bit tomboyish so a flouncy little dress was not going to work.

My girls are going to be flowergirls/junior bridesmaids - when we get married they will be 12 & 14.  I don't think there is a limit on age, but i dont want mine being bridesmaids, I think thats too young.
