I'm trying to look for vintage looking rhinestone filled headbands. Ive been to about 5 shops and i cant find one that i like or even in my budget. I'd like to stay under $100. I live in Westland and plan on going to Ann Arbor tomorrow to find some bridal stores who would carry a good selection of headbands. Also, fingertip lace veils under $180. Any suggestions? Im looking for headbands like this that i found online. But none of the ones online are returnable and i want to try them on first.

Not sure if you went to The Wedding Shoppe in Berkley, but I've heard they have a large selection, website here: http://theweddingshoppe.net/product-gallery/hair-jewlery/

If they don't have one, they may be able to find it from a vendor they deal with.

Have you completely ruled out buying online? There are such great things out on etsy, and for much less than you will find in any bridal salon..

That being said, B Ella Bridal in Ann Arbor seemed to have a lot of what you are describing, but again, very pricey.

Im going to B Ella tomorrow, but if you say its pretty pricey, then i may not go. Im not ruling out buying headbands online, i just want to look at boutiques around me before i buy one online thats not returnable

It doesn't hurt to just go and browse. There is another place, Bridal Magic, in Canton (close to you), and if they don't have what you want, I bet they can get it in for you. It is a husand-and-wife team and they are willing to work with you on price.

Dude, use ebay. I couldn't find a hair comb for under $50 and I ended up getting an AWESOME one for $12 on Ebay, no joke. I got it and it's perfect!

Girl, you need to try EBAY!!! They have amazing stuff from china. I know that probably sounds funny, but its worth a shot! Ive found so much there. Especially jewelry for the bridesmaids!

I purchased my headband from the Wedding Shoppe in Berkley. Their pieces are beautiful...moreso than anything I could find online or in person. I should mention, that it was around 400. Lace in troy is more affordable but selection was lacking.
