What is the approximate length of time before the wedding for the RSVP date. I read 3 weeks. What have you ladies been doing?

    Ask your vendors when they need a final count.  Then add a week to make calls for anyone who didn't RSVP.  That should give you your RSVP deadline.

    So, if your vendor requires 2 weeks before the wedding, make the deadline 3 weeks out on your invitations.

    We're going with 4 weeks, because of vendors.  Check with anyone that needs a final count, and give yourself at least a week to call people who have not responded by the deadline.
