NEED HELP! Trying to find tips on this tall vase cake stand (clear)

I saw this picture and had to do my own version. Trick is I can not find any of these vases anywhere. Also I am not sure what kind of flowers to put in there for submergable. Is the top plexiglass? How sturdy is this?  If anyone has done this and has more pictures or tips please please feel free to share :) Thanks in advance!

    That seems tricky! Are you using a florist or trying to DIY this?

    If you're doing this DIY ... I might do a variation on this by placing it on a table, and using 12" clear vases. The original looks unstable to me! To get the flowers to float at different heights, I'd try threading them on fishing line and suspending that from the top. If it's only for a few hours, I bet any kinda sturdy flower would last OK.
