JoAnn Romeo for Makeup/Hair?

Has anyone used JoAnn Romeo for makeup or hair? Her prices are PERFECT, but it looks like she may not have much experience??

    I have not, but I did google her - and her prices are similar to Julie Swenson (the founder of Smart & Chic, now Creative Beaute) and other on-site people I have found.  I would definitely do a trial first, there is no harm in hiring a newbie as long as the trial goes well!

    I'd for sure do a trial first! I am however using Julie Swenson, she now owns Julie Swenson Beauty (she sold Smart & Chic to Spalon Montage). Creative Beaute really jacked up their prices, Julie Swenson Beauty has the same prices that Smart & Chic used to charge.

    Thanks girls for your advice!

    I actually contacted Julie Swenson several months ago, and although she replied to my first email, she never responded to my follow up email, even when I emailed a second time to remind her. So I will unfortunately be unable to book her.
