What do you think of these photo packages?

Recently I was showing the pictures from the venue in Oahu we plan to use  to my best friend and she was...underwhelmed. 
She replied that they were "okay"  but that I should probebly hire my own photographer.  I always thought they were better then okay....and some of them absolutely stunning.  But she now has me comparing to other beach wedding photos.  =(

I was a bit deflated as you can imagine and now I ask you- HONESTLY - what would you rate the photos/quality here.....

    I have some background in photography. I think they're really good photos, with good editing & everything. I think they just look a tad pixelated/blurred because they are probably jpegs, which lose quality when posted on some internet sites. PNG's post much nicer online.
    Plus, they're backed by the better business bureau, which you will rarely find in a photographer. :)

    They're pretty good. Not amazing, but I would be pretty satisfied with them overall. My only concern is that the photographer didn't capture very good lighting on their faces sometimes, so their faces ended up being quite shadowed or dark.

    If it comes with the package then have the pics taken especially if you like them. They seem to be lacking in variety tho. It seems every couple have amost the exact same photos. The environment is stunning and I can see why that seems to be the main focus of alot of the pictures. If you want to get another photographer on top of the one they provide for some variety I would say go for it. But dont spend to much since you are already paying for one (the one thats included in the package).

    I used Creighton at CJC Photography in January of this year and got my wedding display album and am so so happy.  I just love Creighton and his wedding photography is great.  His packages can be found at http://CJCPhoto.com/prices and his main wedding web site is at http://CJCPhoto.com.  



    Creighton was very professional yet fun to work with.  We got our proofs back in about a week and the display album in about 3 weeks.  I am writing this because Creighton went above and beyond with our wedding day photography so hope he see this some day!
