We did a wine tasting with our restaurant and chose a Moscato and a Brut as our toasting wines. The groom loved the dry Peterlongo and we figured that the smootheness of the Moscato would please guests on the opposite aisle of wine preferences.
We don't know much about wines and basically went on taste. Now, though, the Peterlongo is not available in town or through any of the restaurant's distributors. I am looking for any ideas of nice toasting wines because we have 10 days to replace one.
