Good morning--Friday is finally upon us! yaay
B- oats with skim milk, cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar
S- 1/2 grapefruit, cottage cheese with pineapple
L- huge salad with balsamic and maybe soup
D-?? prob staying in tonight so Im sure Ill be cooking.....
E- still having trrouble walking..I don;t think my legs have EVER been this sore....resting up for kickboxing in the am.
