Glassworks, Mellwood Arts Center, Kye's, Muhammed (sp?) Ali Center, Frasier Arts Museum, Riverbend Winery, 300 Spring, Yew Dell Gardens (their reception room - not the gardens themselves) These are the only places I can think of off the top of my head this early in the morning, that lean more towards the "industrial" side. Not fru-fru. Exposed brick, with iron beams and such. HTH!

I would also suggest 21c which is a modern art museum/boutique hotel.

I wouldn't recommend River Bend Winery. While they do have an industrial feel, they sold our date from underneath my FH & I and therefore cannot be trusted. I'm going with Glassworks instead.
