Alternatives for flower girl basket and ring pillow.

My FH and I have 3 flower girls and 1 ring bearer. I have been looking for alternatives to typical basket and pillows. But am having trouble coming up with something. I know the girls will enjoy throwing petals so I wanna keep that involved. Does any one have any alternative ideas to the basket and pillow?

I saw this yesterday and I thought it was really pretty. It's DIY but pretty easy and you could easily keep it displayed post-wedding. I probably wouldn't use it if your RB is really little in case he drops it.

We had our ring bearer carry a toy that he got to keep. Well, actually that was the PLAN, but he ended up being terrified at the rehearsal dinner of the walk and so his mom gave him her cell phone to record video with while he walked, and he loved it. Haha!

Another thing I did see was a book that is hallowed out to put the rings in. But I do like the bowls! You can give those your personal flair!

Omg you girls are great! Thank you so much for the ideas I definitely like the cell phone idea for the ring barer because he loves playing with the phone camera, and then it give me candid shots from his view down the isle. As far as the girls the wand is an awesome idea, when one of the flower girl tried on the dress she said she felt like a princess I think the flower wand would add so muh more of that princess feeling for them. Emailing my florist as I finish this. Thank again girls!!!!

IF you do end up doing the princess idea (I am leaning toward that too!!), just a totally non-related idea, but for details, I have been looking around at DIY projects and found some really cute ones like I am making her a Tutu (using shades of green because she LOVES tinker bell) and wings.Also, Michael's has all this disney princess dress-up jewlery and tiaras for 1-2$ so I got her those to make her a tinkerbell fairy princess outfit since she loves to dress up

I am debating getting her a little tiara for the actual wedding. I have been stopping by the craft stores in the area to check out their clearance sections and I got crystal embleshments for the tutu for a really good deal
