Ceremony Music

We are having a ceremony outside in the grass at a country club. What has anyone done for music in an outdoor ceremony?? Do I need to hire a harpist/celloist/violiinist or something like that? I don't think speakers are provided by the venue for music that way.

Re: Ceremony Music

  • I went to an outdoor wedding this spring that hired a quartet. I think a speaker could work if you hook it up, but it might not  have the same effect because I could see speakers not being loud enough or crackling.

If you want a musician some of the people on this board have some good suggestions.

  • If you're looking for talented and affordable musicians, string quartet/trio/etc, I HIGHLY recommend Fermata Music. They have tons of different options and they sound amazing! =)
