Thanks to the support of our lovely fellow knotties, I emailed my vendor a very honest but tactful response. I really wasn't sure what to expect, and I pretty much counted on starting from scratch and hiring someone else. I had even already begun to request quotes from other vendors.
BUT...she came through! She responded with a very nice, understanding email and is going to honor the original price. I couldn't have been happier with her response, it was very professional and prompt!
So I just had to let you all know since you were there for me, and I'm happy to say that I can honestly recommend her again.
