  I'll second Trellis in Stillwater!  They have 150 chairs, but there's room for more, you just have to rent them.  It's beautiful, and the owners are great to work with!

  Centennial Lakes in Edina is nice and cheap.  I spoke with them the other day, and they're even willing to work with us to get a horse carriage to take us to our vehicle afterward along the parkway
