  I would suggest using their online form or calling them: http://www.briscoemanor.com/contact-us.php
  
  They will give you a quote depending on guest count, type of package needed (ceremony/reception, reception only, etc)
  
  The prices can vary greatly depending on buffet or seated dinner, beverage package chosen. Keep in mind Briscoe charges 20% service charge on catering contracts. They also charge a fee (2%) if you make payments with credit card.

  Briscoe Manor uses Behind the Bash for their catering. I don't believe they allow outside caterers. The food is DELICIOUS and the venue doesn't need that much decorating. We liked Briscoe Manor a lot but it was just too far for us location-wise and the pricing was a tad bit higher than we wanted to spend.

  So, the minimum for a Saturday evening wedding is 15k before gratuities and tax??!! Ooookkaaaayyyy.....

  Briscoe is pretty pricy, similar price to bell tower on 34th
