Last minute rental/purchase of topiaries or silk plants?

Can anyone give me a lead on a place to rent  or buy reasonably priced topiaries (3-4 ft)? I called Flower Factory today to see if they have then for sale, but was on hold forever. At this point I'm interested in purchasing real or silk or renting.
