  This jewelry store is Huge were a live, they have several stores in the southern states, very good quality stuff. The medal is $36 and I am sure you can find a chain. It may come out to a little over $50 with tax and shipping but it shouldn't be too bad.

  The last time I was at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC, there were tons and tons of saints' medals....  At least 20 types of St. Christopher medals to choose from.
