Renting a tent for backup

I am having my wedding at the Rhode Island Country Club. The ceremony will be outside, and I would like to have a backup plan for rain as I do not want my ceremony to be on my dancefloor.

I remember while looking at venues a coordinator (of course I can not remember where) had told me that there is a company (I want to say RI Rentals) that has a program where they will only come if it rains. You may have to pay some fee, $200 or so to hold a tent. If there is no rain, they do not show up.

Has anyone heard of any type of program like this with a rental company?

    For anyone that is wondering this in the future, this is from RI Rentals:

    "What we do is, if you reserve a tent we ask for a 50% deposit which is nonrefundable and if you choice to cancel it because the weather is nice, you are held to 50% of the cost of the tent. Otherwise, if you wait to closer to the event and try to order a tent when you notice that it will rain that week, you can do so however you risk the chance of something not being available."
