Lolita wine glasses?

I'm doing small gift baskets for my bridesmaids and was thinking of giving the girls one of those Lolita wine glasses, they're cute because I can get them for their specific personalities. Anyone else think this is a good or bad idea?

I think it's a really good idea, but it depends on your bridal party. I already got their gifts or I would totally steal your idea for the ones who actually drink wine. (I might do that for their Christmas gifts though!-thanks for the idea!). But I probably wouldn't get it for someone who doesn't drink wine and it would just be a decoration sitting around collecting dust.

I love them. I think it's a great personal touch without being overly cheesy and you're able to still keep with a common theme for the gifts so everyone receives something "equal" so to speak.

Only if you know for a fact that they drink wine. Wine glasses are so specific, it's not like a cool set of pint glasses that you could use for juice, soda, mixed drinks, beer....

I think they are a nice gift for someone who enjoys the item..
For those that are unaware, this is not a glass you drink wine from, it is meant as a display. They are hand painted wine glasses that would get destroyed if you drank out of them.
So if they collect this sort of thing, go for it.

I was thinking of doing this for my bridal party too. The only issue I find is that although they are cute, I didn't find ones that fit my BMs personalities exactly. But I do think they're cute

I'm late to post this but.. .they make mini Lolita wine glasses that are xmas tree ornaments. This might be more practical because the glasses barely get used, but the ornaments they can put on their tree each year and remember that you gave it to them for this special moment.
