Ranch wedding recommendation/advice needed!

We are taking a tour of several ranches in late August 2012 and need recommendations and/or advice to the following:

1) Deer Creek Valley Ranch
2) Ellis Ranch
3) Piney River Ranch
4) Sylvan Dale
5) Lower Lake Ranch

80 - 120 person wedding. Max $15,000 budget

Any and all positive/negative comments or suggestions are welcome!

    Daughter got married at Ellis Ranch in 2009.  Nice, open facility will easily hold your guests.  You get the entire day in your rental and it's all strictly DIY (even table set-up).  Bring in your own caterer, alcohol, decorations, etc.  They also have a smaller facility (carriage house) that might be better for a smaller crowd.

    Checked into Sylvan Dale Ranch, it was higher in cost but was more all-inclusive as far as catering and bar, and they probably set up the tables for you too.  Should easily handle your budget though.

    Just thought of another place you might check out - Lionscrest Manor in Lyons.  We had some friends get married there.  It was very nice, beautiful view and good for smaller groups.

    You could also try Granby Ranch, near Winter Park Colorado. It is a ski mountain with a chair lift to the top of a mountain. The cermony site is in an aspen grove with views of the peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park:  http://granbyranch.com/groups-discounts-weddings.html
