Hey there

I was just wondering how you plan a wedding when your FI is on a 6 month tour and can't really help?

About what he wants etc?

Or do you end up making most of the decisions yourself?

(also has anyone been in the situation where you find out your pregnant and can't tell FI for a month because he is on ops and will miss most of the pregnancy?)

Most of the time, the grooms don't really have much imput on the wedding. Don't stress too much about it. Just plan what you can, and everything will fall into place. It always does. Congrats on your pregnancy!

I answered your pregnancy question on the Bump.

As far as planning, plan what you can with out him. He probably won't care about flowers and decor. Go ahead and do that. I'm assuming you've already got the venues nailed down. Other than that, wait until he can help for the things you know he will want to be involved in. The only thing my husband cared about was the food, liquor and cake. Other than that, he just wanted to know where to go and what time to be there.
