Tasted the food at the caterers yesterday. The food is really good, I am so happy! We are going to do a sit down dinner with house salad, chicken piccata, herb roasted potatoes, and Mediterranean style veggies.
We also picked out the linens and saw a sample of our centerpieces. I am happy with our choices. We are going with black linens on the table with ivory napkins. My favors will be silver. We are having natural/light wood chiavarri chairs that have ivory cushions. The centerpiece is a clear glass square base (low, but wide) with lots of ivory roses in them. Inside the square base there are glass rocks. It all looked really pretty. Very simple and elegant.
