What are your DIY projects?

Inspired by lgrn22's gorgeous hangers, I thought that maybe we could all share some of our DIY projects we're undertaking and tutorials, if you have any.  I'm not much of one for thinking up cool little details, but if I see someone else's idea, I get inspired.

Wire hangers with names (I'm so doing this):

Photo-frame table numbers: (Im going to use more modern frames and origami paper, but the idea is the same):

I might also do programs, and I need to come up with a card box of some kind.

My daughter (some with my help) did:
    1. Engagement party invitations
    2. Card box
    3. Framed table numbers
4 Place/escort cards w/ wine cork holders she made
    5. Menu cards (2 layers of card stock)
    6. Favor bags (ribbon and seal added by my daughter)
    7. Bathroom basket
    8. Programs/program basket
    9. I framed engagement pictures to use at her shower and we will use them at the reception. In addition, I got wood letters in their initials that I painted in a wedding color to use on the back of their chairs. Also the words- celebrate, love, kisses- to use on the escort card table, etc.
    10. OOT bags

The lantern I ordered. Going to put starfish on it.

Sandbox trays to hold place cards

For my table numbers I am going to use sandollars and paint numbers on them and put them on easels. Haven't seen any photos of these yet.

I have plenty of DIY since we were on such a budget..

1.) I made my invitations from a kit I bought at Michaels. I added my own touch to them and everyone loved them. Best of all spent $100(including stamps) for 60 invites
2.) I will be doing the seating chart on a frame that will match the frame with an epic on the welcome table
    3.) The birdcage
    4.) Flower favors
5.) painted the pots for the CP's
6.) basket and nest for FG and RB
    7.) wishing tree
8.) Toasting flutes and cake server set, spent less than $10
9.) I'll be making the programs and menu
10.) signs to show the direction of where the wedding is taking place
11.) and now those hangers!!!! lol
