I officially booked my brunch at home reception. My venue provides a sample menu but allows some tweaking. I replaced a few of their items with some of our favs. Whatcha think?

-Cavatappi pasta tossed w/ roasted red peppers, broccoli, wild mushrooms, and grape tomatoes in parmesan cream sauce
-Roasted seasonal vegetables tossed w/ pomodoro sauce and topped w/ asiago bread crumbs
-Lemon Basil Chicken served w/ button mushrooms, red and yellow peppers and a chardonnay wine reduction sauce
-Tender medallions of beef, bourbon glazed w/ caramelized shallots
-Mozzarella Caprese
