Wednesday accountability

It's still ealry, I may add to mine before the night is through.

B-black coffee
L- turkey burger salty enough to choke a camel and some fries (lunch outing for work)
D- Wegmans turkey salad

E- ran 1.87 miles this morning, walked my dog on the same 1.87 mile loop this afternoon, biked the two miles up hill in the stupid heat to get my stupid car from stupid work because of stupid decisions that I didn't make. Irritated much?

Edit: I ate three cupcakes last night. You can laugh at me now.

    B- Breakfast drink, as usual
    L- Homemade pineapple chicken and a nutrigrain bar
    S- goldfish and skinny cow snack
    D- Lean, fresh ground hamburger, no bun or cheese. Steamed veggies and tortellini salad.
    Snack- one truffle

    Drank only water again today, but sadly, no exercise. I really suck at that part.

    I really suck at the exercise part too rmp. Which means no exercise for me today. B: bowl of honey nut cherrios S: apple I haven't had lunch or dinner today, all I've been doing is picking. I've had a plum, 4 crackers with cheese and 3 munchkins. Depending on when I get home I might have a light dinner, we'll see.

    L-vegan turkey salad w/rice crackers & carrots & celery
    D-carrots w/ranch dip, watermelon  ( i know, weird combo)

    E- went on a 45 minute walk at lunch, then volunteered on 2 lessons (therapeutic riding) so walked a total of 1 hr 45 min

    E: insanity workout B: protein shake B2: half a cinnamon arisen bagel with non fat cream cheese S: babybel cheese L: turkey sandwich D: pulled pork sandwich So today wasn't great but wasn't awful either.

    B - cheerios and a 8 oz iced coffee
    L - regular sized spicy McBites and medium soda
    S-  peanut butter M&Ms (finished them off!)
    D - frozen pizza..only 3 slices this time instead of 4!

    E - zero exercise really today. I'm horrible when it's hot since I don't want to go out and walk.
