I am working on my seating chart. I invited friends (+1) and have a few people who are bringing guests, but I don't know who their guests are. I even have one who doesn't yet know who she is bringing (she is not sure if it will be her friend or her "guy of the hour." Whateves.) How do you handle this on your seating chart and escort cards? Do I just make 2 that say "Susan Smith and Guest" (must have individual escort/placecards to indicate meal preference...) And/or just list Susan Smith (and Guest) on the table chart? So confused.
