Do you invite ushers to your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner? Also, do you buy them gifts?

You should invite ushers to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner since they are involved in the ceremony (or pre-ceremony) and probably need some instructions. I'm planning on getting our two ushers small gifts (~$25).
