Reception campsite

We (and the vast majority of our family and friends) love the outdoors. We want to have our reception at a group campsite, or at a day-use site that is close to a large group campsite. We are looking at a maximum of 50 guests, any maybe as few as 25 ish.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Bonus points for sites that...

- Are wihin National Forest Service boundaries or have similar, relatively permissive policies allowing dogs, booze, etc. Yes, we are very responsible and take Leave No Trace seriously. Of course we would prefer to be a little bit out of the way so we aren't bothering anyone trying to get away from it all.

- Sites that have picnic tables.

- Sites w/ electrical  (don't necessarily need an RV site though)

- Beautiful views! Contain or near a good ceremony site.

- Near water, wakeless preferred. We love to canoe and fish.

- Prefer under $200-300 nightly for the site itself. Our overall budget is under 5k.

We're open to pretty much any mountainous region in Colorado. Thanks for any help!
