Invitation Wording...Honor vs Honour??

Got a question ladies!! :)

So...I'm trying to get the proper wording on my RSVP card thingy.  So, my family is the typical Latin family...if we leave it open invitation...they will bring their entire soccer team to the wedding!!  So, I have to limit them and actually spell it out for them how many seats are reserved for the invitees.  So...which one is correct:

___ Seats have been reserved in your honor

or

___ Seats have been reserved in your honour

Actually both are correct.  However, "honor" should be used if your invite is less formal.  If you are handing out very formal invitations (where the wording is very formal as well) then it would be appropriate to use "honour".
