  Pricey but 100% guaranteed a perfect experience:

  Tio Pepe's on Franklin Street 

  The Milton Inn

  Boordy Vinyards (has to be in the evening though)

  Mount Washington Tavern

  Harriman House (sp?--in Reisterstown)

  
  

  Better Priced/More Casual:

  The Manor Tavern

  The Still (could be nice?)
