  Try party king in South Charleston. The chair covers are $3 a piece. Where are you getting married at?

  Buy them, its cheaper and then resell them on eBay and make most of your money back. Its what I plan on doing. You can try here: www.linentablecloth.com

  For chair covers I would recommend Elegant Chair Covers in Charleston.  Lois does a great job.  She will bring them in, setup and tear down - well worth the cost!
  
  As far as linens go, there are lots of online companies - I have used thewhitetable.com and chaircoversandlinens.com Both are great - it all depends on how fancy of linens you are looking for.  If you want just plain polyester linens, then go with the local companies like Party King or A to Z.
