Someone was worrying last week about a supposed rate hike coming in January - it was shut down!

Usually the rate increase are across the board so I would assume all other postage will stay the same. I know postcard rates usually increase with first class increases.

And agreed that it's totally weird, when have they NOT turned down a postage increase???
