    Workout confession: M's roommate invited a couple people to start working out with us last week.  They're another couple who are running TM in October.  I legitimately hate them being there.  Her form is way off, and M's roommate, who has been yelling at me, M, and D about our form, will not make her change it.  I'm so angry about it.

    Lebanon bologna is a type of lunch meat...wikipedia refers to it as an all-beef sausage.  I grew up in Lebanon and have been to the factory.  At midnight on NYE, they drop a 10-pound block of it on the street.

    LOL - sorry, I was in a meeting. I wouldn't be able to tell you what Lebanon balogna is other than it's kind of like a sweet salami. You can't get it everywhere (or at least you didn't used to be able to) so now that I'm back on the east coast I've been eating it like crazy :)

    B: Overnight oats (finally tried this, turned out pretty good) 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Thick Rolled Oats, 1/2 med. banana, 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries, 2/3 cup unsweetened silk; coffee (334 cal)
    S: 1oz raw almonds (173 cal)
    L: Turkey, avocado, and swiss on sandwich thin, baby carrots, grapefruit (453 cal)
    S: Chobani 0% Strawberry (140 cal)
    S2: (if I'm at work late/hungry or after dinner) PB and Strawberry roll up in ww tortilla (208 cal)
    D: Sesame Chili Herb Crusted Tilapia (frozen) w/asparagus (303 cal)

    E: Cardio X (HRM: 433 cal burned)

    net: 1179 - will probably eat another snack - I'm trying to eat around 1800 cal/day minimum so I'm about 200 cal short right now.
