  Yes and all the bridal party gets one along with both sets of parents. (His mom is the photographer so that makes it easy)

  Yes. All the WP, the venue coordinator, photographer, DJ, officiant, florist....pretty much everyone involved. If they feel that they don't want it or need it, they can throw it away.

  I made one and gave it to the people who I thought needed it. It started off well, but we didn't follow it. Everything still worked out well.
