Addressing Invitations

The invitations I'm using do not come with an inner envelope...only the outer, mailing one.  So, my question is, how do I address the envelope and also include "and guest"...where does that go?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    I think there are a bunch of posts about this on the invitations and stationary board.  You may want to check there.
