  I saw Buca Di Beppo at a bridal convention-they said they could do like $7 a person with what I wanted but when I called to get a firm estimate it was like 2,500 or something. Yeah..... I was thinking not so much.

  We're using Occasions Catering out of Olympia, but I know they also have a part of their company out of Sumner.  You could check into them and see how much they charge to travel. 
  
  They don't make you order off their wedding menu.  We ordered off their lunch menu for dinner because all it did was limit the choices of entree and not the amount of food per guest.  I know they have a very basic pasta menu for $9.85 pp.  It's worth a shot to try.
  
  I was also eating at the Old Spaghetti Factory a couple weeks ago and noticed that they cater, too.
