Friday Night Wedding

We are planning our wedding for a Friday night with a 30 minute ceremony and a four hour reception, but we can't decide what time it should all start.

We don't want to start too early, because we want people to be able to make it after work, but we don't want people having to drive home too late either.

Any suggestions?

    I am in the NoVa area. We are putting on our invitations 5 PM. I will be walking down the aisle at 5:30 PM. I am not worried too much about people making it there from work. If it is important enough for them they will find a way to make it. From the ceremony to the reception is around 15 minutes. So reception is 6 PM to midnight. We are having cocktail hour to start and later buffet dinner.
