can someone recommend some one who specifically decorates reception halls, at a reasonable price, and can come and decorate the hall on August 4, 2012. i am looking for someone who can possibly drape the head tables, candy, and cupcake table and back drop with some sheer fabric and or lighting. i will purchase the materials, just need help with putting ideas together for day of wedding. email
