Hair and Makeup?

Hey ladies! Does anyone have any suggestions for hair and make up at a reasonable price. I've come across a few but not sure who are the good ones...

    I am using April Fitzpatrick from Beauty by April. I haven't actually used her yet (my trial is next month) so I can't speak to her actual work. However, I can tell you that she is competiively priced, VERY responsive and she is coming to my venue.

    Coming to me was a big thing... I have a small wedding party and she was the ONLY vendor willing to travel without the guarantee of a large party. She actually just fit me in on a day she already had a wedding.

    I'm using Angela with LucieMarie. They are completely on location, which I love. She will be doing a Bridal Portrait Package as my trial. She offers airbush as well. She's been extremely responsive and as PP said competitively priced. http://www.luciemarie.com/

    I also looked at Defining Styles. They use MAC, which I hear is great makeup. They were very responsive as well, but did not offer airbrush which is what won me over to LucieMarie.

    I'm using Keep Austin Gorgeous.  I was really happy with my trial and picked them from reviews that were on this board.  I liked that they had a studio where we can all meet up and get our hair & make up done and enjoy some relaxation before the big event that evening.  Alonda did my makeup using airbrush which felt weird & like I had a lot of makeup on, but it photographed so beautifully and didn't come off until I washed it off.  Brizy did my hair and helped me decide what to do with it since I wasn't really sure.  Good luck!

    I recommend Tiffany Creuzbaur (http://creuzbaur.com/) for make-up and Anna Alvarez (aajkars@yahoo.com) for hair.

    They are amazing -- fast, affordable and great to work with.  True artists!
