They won't have any new information until January or April of 2011. Does anyone know what the rental rates were before the construction?

    No. I just emailed them the other day and all of their rates are being adjusted. They won't start renting out until September or October. She did tell me that if you get on their mailing list it will eventually have all that info on there.
