Need Cabo Recs

We're trying to decide on an AI in Cabo.  Has anyone been to one of the following resorts?  Melia Cabo Real, Dreams Cabo, Riu Santa Fe, Pueblo Bonito Rose

If so, please let me know what you thought of them and how you think they rate in these categories:
Food variety and taste
Nightlife
Beauty of property
Quality of drinks
Bed (I've heard most of them are really hard)
Nice pool(s) with activities and swim up bar?

    I've heard that the Pueblo Bonito hotels (of which Rose is one) are really great - my fiance & I are going to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Feb! :) Have fun!

    I would be interested in hearing Cabo Recs too!  We are staying at Riu Palace in September and on TripAdvisor people either LOVED it or HATED it.  TA said it is very nice property and has never had anyone say anything bad about it and likes it much better than Dreams.  If you stay there you can also use Riu Santa Fe which I hear has much more of a party atmosphere.  She hasn't steered us wrong yet so...
