Gift for Rehearsal hosts?

My FI's father and Step Mother are hosting the rehearsal dinner in their home for about 25 people.

I was planning on having a big bouquet of flowers sent to their home before the dinner as a thank you.

Do people think that is sufficient? What is everyone else doing?

I just handwrote a thank you note and gave them some jams from Trader Joes and a bottle of their favorite wine for our RD hosts.

I think what you have planned is a great idea :0)

I bought my RD host a home Christmas ornament (since it's in early Dec.) as my thank you. I thought of flowers or a wreath, but I liked the glass poinseta candle holders because I thought it was good for the time of year and she could have it again for next year.
