Envelope Guest book

Hello -
 
We decided to "do something different" and then learned oh - we were NOT the first to think of this.  Now - we are trying to find out WHERE to buy this.  

We are looking for an ENVELOPE GUEST BOOK where  our friends could write their well wishes.

Has anyone purchased anything like this?
And if so - where?
Were you pleased with it?
Were you NOT pleased with it?

Advice would be appreicated!

    I googled this quickly and saw several websites that are selling them.  Amazon has a few.  HTH!
