Name of Florist That's been recommended

I know I've seen posts about a woman who works out of her home doing flowers who does a great job at reasonable rates, anyone know her name and phone number? ty.

    I'm sure it's Leslie from Whimsical Welcomes. She gets lots of recommendations on this board. It's actually easier to email her than it is to play phone tag.  She is so reliable and will definitely get back to you. I have loved working with her. She's great!

    I met with both of them and Leslie had more ideas to offer me than Brittany and her prices were definitely lower.  My co-worker had also met with both of them and had the same experience.  We're both very happy with Leslie's creativity and prices. Hope this helps.
