Wilmington Officiant - Budget

Hi all,
I need a low cost officiant in Wilmington, NC.  I don't care if it's a woman or man and we'd almost prefer a judge.  Can a justice of the peace marry you in Wilm?  I hate the idea of paying $250+ for a 20 minute ceremony to someone I have no connection to.

    We're using Rev. Shannon from Circle of Love Wedding Ceremonies. She normally costs $200 but right now she's offering a discount and we were able to book her for $180.

    When we met with her, she invited us into her home in Carolina Beach and chatted with us for a little while. We got along with her really well and we're really excited to have her marry us. She was also the cheapest officiant I could find in the area. Good luck!

    If that doesn't work out, you can also try Rev. Penelope Morningstar.  She's doing our wedding next month, and did something very similar with our first meeting to what HillSchmill's officiate did with her.  She only charged us $200 for the ceremony.
