I put mine up about a week ago. I really like the "profile pic" and "cover pic" features, I think that is cool. I was so paranoid about security on it that I created a fake account, friended my husband, and then looked at my real profile from my fake account (as a "friend of a friend") just to make sure that my timeline didn't have anything on it that was friends of friends or publicly viewable. And it didn't! So I'm ok with it. I'm not sure why it won't let you stay in the year you want to look at, but I remember that really old stuff (from 2004-2006ish) didn't have any stories/status updates for me, just pictures that I added.

I am in love with this little puppy that the humane society posted on their Facebook page. She only has three legs.

I am trying to talk myself out of going down there today and getting another puppy. I don't know if I could handle Simon and a 4 month old.

Good morning ladies!

I'm getting really excited for NYE now that I found a cute outfit. H took me shopping yesterday (he didn't complain once! That's a first, people!) and I originally kept picking out sparkly sequined dresses, but they kept rubbing my underarms raw, so after about 8 different stores, I finally ventured into Guess. I should have just started there, because I know their stuff will always fit me (since I'm a size 4-6 with an ample chest) and I found this dress:

It fits me like a glove. It looks better on me than the model, because I can actually fill out the cross-banded bust of the dress.

I'm going to wear it with black feathered earrings and a black feathered bib necklace, and these shoes (don't mind the drunk Mehgan antics:

Thanks Edie! I"m glad I went with something that I can wear again and again for different functions than something that I'll only think of as "that dress from NYE 2011".
