Is it ok for me as a guest to wear a hat at a wedding?

I am going to a fancy wedding in st. louis and I was wondering if it a Ok for me to wear a "breakfast at tiffany's"  hat  to a wedding?  The Catholic wedding is at 4pm and the reception 5:30" pm.It is a large black hat that has a pink rose on it.
