  I think you can get geberas in brown? Have you asked about spray painting? I don't know of any other brown flowers... have you talked to the florist? What about some kind of grass, or other filler?

  Yeah...I have talked to her.  She is looking into it again...it may be that the supplier was wrong or confused...or she could has asked about the wrong flower she said she did a lot of estimates that day haha

  Your choice of blue or brown flowers is VERY limited, and I doubt you would be happy with the results. I would recommend any flowers called "white" or "ivory", with blue and brown ribbons.

  There are really pretty roses called the Terra Nostra rose (The Brown Rose) and there are Gerbera Daisies in brown both are really nice.

  Have you ever seen a fiddle fern? They are brown and would be a great accent in your arrangement.

  I use dried brown seed pods such as iris and lotus. Or brown foliage like ninebark = physocarpus. But using brown ribbon is the easiest.

  brown is acutlly a hard colot o find in mother nature flowers, your choices are limited. I really think that when yiou choose thee tyoe of colors, putting them on fabrics such as ribbons ot tavble coths is the best choice,
  
  however, if you definate want brown flowers (don't use cosmos if they are not in season they can be aweful) the suggestion abovem such as rosem gerberas or Fiddlehead couls work very well, Hypericum berries also conme in brown color, as well as ranunculus, however then can tedn to be somewhat burgundy
